Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS

We understand that sometimes preferences change, and if, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied with your Truffles purchase (be it a fit issue, incorrect color, or a clash with your personal style), we invite you to return the item(s) within 6 days of delivery. Upon receipt of your returned goods, a store credit code will be promptly issued in the form of an e-gift card, sent to the email address associated with the returns order number, within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that your internal credit note expires 60 days from the date of issuance. Items purchased with store credit will now be considered FINAL SALE, unless an error has been made on our part.

**Return Guidelines:**
Returns must adhere to the original condition, meaning items should be unworn, unwashed, and free from tanning or makeup stains, with all original tags and packaging intact.

**Shipping Fees:**
Shipping fees will not be credited unless you are returning an item due to an error on our part.

**Cancelled Orders:**
All cancelled orders will incur a 15% transaction fee. Please contact us within the first hour of placing the order.

**Restocking Fee:**
A 25% restocking fee may apply when applicable.


**Incorrect or Damaged Items:**
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, kindly contact us immediately for a replacement. We will provide a shipping label for the return of the faulty or incorrect item. Please note that you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to report the issue and return the item within 7 days.

**Final Sale Items:**
Items marked as SALE, PROMO CODE, SWIM, BODYSUITS, INTIMATES ACCESSORIES & PROMO DEAL ITEMS are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
